Founded in 1970, the Rouen Hockey Elite club is a top sports reference within the French ice hockey community.
With 18 French championship titles, a dozen national cup finals won, and several continental titles, the Dragons de Rouen team proudly carries its yellow and black colors across the ice rinks of France and Europe.

The club's governance is currently undergoing a transition: after 28 years with former hockey player Thierry Chaix as president, the future is being shaped around the “Cap 2030” project, driven by the club's new president Gaétan Muller.

Staff reorganization, a 25% budget increase, plans to build a new 10,000-seat ice rink within 5 years, "Cap 2030" aims to guide RHE through a new stage, both in athletic and economic terms.
