The Site is, in principle, accessible to all users of the Internet network 24/7, except in the event of interruptions, whether scheduled or not, by Fair Play For Planet or its service providers, for maintenance and/or security purposes or in cases of force majeure (as defined below). Fair Play For Planet shall not be held liable for any damage of any kind resulting from the unavailability of the Site.

V. Registration on the Site
To take the Fair Play For Planet Test, the Client must provide their information on the Site form without creating an account.
When creating their Account, the Client must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided. The Client is required to keep their personal information up to date at all times. In the event of an error in the recipient’s contact details, Fair Play For Planet cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver Products.
By registering on the Site, the Client declares and guarantees to Fair Play For Planet that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Fair Play For Planet may delete the Client’s data at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability.
VI. Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or following a final decision of a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
VII. Non-Waiver
No tolerance, inaction, or inertia on the part of Fair Play For Planet shall be interpreted as a waiver of its rights under these General Terms and Conditions.
