The Marseille Grand Est Sports Palace (POMGE) is a multi-sports complex located in the 10th district of Marseille, in the Capelette area. Opened in December 2009, it houses two ice rinks and a skatepark over 20,700 m².

The ice rink area can accommodate 5,600 spectators during events held there. Since September 2024, a central giant screen measuring 60 m², known as “the cube,” has been installed in the center of the rink, offering 360-degree display.

The skatepark area includes a ramp zone, a street zone, a foam pit, a soft table, and a customizable area. It can host roller skating, freestyle scooter, skateboarding, and BMX activities.

The Sports Palace is also equipped with 110 m² of photovoltaic panels and benefits from enhanced insulation, lighting adapted to different configurations, and state-of-the-art cooling units with variable speed drives and heat recovery systems.

The site, already conscientious in some areas (energy, water management, etc.), must continue to improve with the support of the VERT MARINE group in other aspects (waste, awareness, carbon footprint, communication, leading by example, etc.).
