LA SALÉSIENNE DE PARIS

A historic club, la Salésienne de Paris was founded on February 21, 1913, by Abbé CHARDON, vicar of the St. François de Sales parish.
In 1970, during the construction of the ring road, La Salésienne had to leave its original location. All activities for the youth of the St. François de Sales parish were then moved to a private mansion, donated by a family from the 17th arrondissement: 66 Avenue de Villiers. In this superb architectural setting, the association began to develop.
In July 2019, the headquarters were renovated to separate the office spaces from the waiting and reception areas.
Today, the club comprises 15 sections, over 4,500 members, and 20 employees.
The 10 facilities used by the various sports sections are spread throughout the 17th arrondissement in the north of Paris. All these sites are within 5 km of the club's office and are accessible by public transport (bus, metro, or tram).
La Salésienne de Paris is an iconic Parisian sports club that aims to structure its CSR policy with an ambitious environmental approach, in addition to its many social and educational projects—an important part of its mission. The approach, although recent, has real strengths and therefore must be solidified in the coming months to be a strong pillar for the club's development, reputation, and local impact.
