EMBAR (Entente Montbéliard Belfort ASCAP rugby) was founded in July 2011 from the merger of the two clubs in the urban area that existed at the time: RCBM and ASCAP Rugby.
The project, created by a few passionate individuals who had kept the previous clubs active since the 1990s, aimed to develop a high-performing senior division, complementing a training structure that was already envied by many clubs in the Grand Est region.
Thirteen years after its creation, EMBAR remains one of the few examples of a sports club firmly established within the Belfort-Montbéliard Urban Area, where it continuously leads multiple development projects, particularly as part of the city policy...
